Since being set up by Guy Hands in 1994, Terra Firma has invested approximately €11 billion of equity and completed transactions with an aggregate enterprise value of €42 billion.

An internationally diverse firm, we have approximately 60% of our private equity investments outside the UK and our 180 investors are drawn from around the world. Our employees represent 16 different nationalities and collectively, we speak 30 languages.
