Analysts & Associates
At the analyst and associate level, we look for exceptional individuals who will thrive in our performance-driven, fast paced environment, where challenging the status quo is encouraged and personal growth and development is supported.
Analysts and associates work in our investment management teams, focusing on driving operational excellence and business performance in one or two of our portfolio businesses. These roles are dynamic and may see individuals rotating to different portfolio business teams within Terra Firma as and when the operational requirements of our businesses evolve.
Our analysts and associates benefit from unrivalled exposure to senior leadership both at Terra Firma and within the portfolio businesses. Our non-hierarchical structure enables accelerated learning and hands-on experience across all aspects of business transformation and operational improvement.
Operational Experts
Because our strategy is highly transformational, we have a very interventionist and hands-on approach to managing our investments, which is overseen by our team of industry specialists and strong operational leaders.
We primarily partner with specialist agencies to source top talent. However, we are always keen to hear directly from exceptional, qualified candidates.
