Terra Firma Capital Partners (‘Terra Firma’) has today announced the appointment of Andrew Géczy as Chief Executive Officer.
Andrew has spent over 25 years in leadership roles across a number of international financial organisations. Throughout his career he has been responsible for the formulation and implementation of corporate strategies across a range of businesses, as well as talent and organisational development.
He joins Terra Firma from Australia & New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ), where he was CEO of International and Institutional Banking. Andrew was previously Group Executive Director and CEO of Wholesale Banking & Markets at Lloyds Banking Group. Before that, he founded and ran an investment advisory boutique and asset manager.
Prior to 2005 Andrew spent 14 years at Citigroup in a variety of roles, most notably Global Head of Structured Corporate Finance.

Andrew will join Terra Firma full-time in September 2016.
