Glen joined Terra Firma in 2015, and is a Non-Executive Director of the group’s Guernsey-based entities.
He has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having worked in the banking, insurance, fiduciary and investment management sectors.
During his career in financial services Glen has acted as Director for a wide variety of regulated entities, including licensed fiduciary services companies in Guernsey and the Bahamas, several Guernsey-licensed investment management companies and a Bahamian hedge fund of funds. He also acted as Director for a Dublin-listed UCITS III AAAm-rated Money Market Fund for which he held specific board responsibility for Financial Control, Internal Audit, Risk Management and Compliance.
Glen has been Head of Finance at Generali Worldwide Insurance Company Limited since 2008, and prior to that was Head of Corporate Centre at BSI Generali Bank (CI) Limited. Prior to this he was the Financial Controller for BSI (Channel Islands) Limited, a private bank, having joined in 1994 as Assistant Financial Controller. Before commencing his career at BSI, he worked at KPMG in Guernsey in the Audit Department.
Glen also serves as a Non-Executive Director for the Guernsey Employment Trust, a local charity.
Glen completed his degree in Economics and Accounting in 1991 at the University of Reading. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a Member of the Institute of Directors, holding the Diploma in Company Direction, and a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Fred Hervouet joined Terra Firma in 2015 as a Non-Executive Director of the Group’s Guernsey-based entities.
Fred previously served as Managing Director and Head of Commodity Derivatives Asia for BNP Paribas. Prior to BNP Paribas, Fred also worked for two multi-billion, multi-strategy hedge funds.
Fred has worked in different regulated financial markets based in Singapore, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and France. Most recently, Fred was a member of the BNP Paribas Commodity Group Executive Committee and BNP Paribas Credit Executive Committees on Structured Finance projects (structured debt and trade finance).
Fred holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Markets, Commodity Markets and Risk Management from University Paris Dauphine and an MSc in Applied Mathematics and International Finance. He is a member of the UK Institute of Directors, the UK Association of Investment Companies, the Guernsey Chamber of Commerce and the Guernsey Investment Fund Association.

Susan Norman joined Terra Firma in 2011 to act as Company Secretary and was appointed as a Non-Executive Director to a number of the Group’s Guernsey-based entities in 2019.
Susan moved to Guernsey from Scotland after graduating and spent her early career at Kleinwort Benson qualifying as a Chartered Secretary. She then spent five years at FRM, an international fund of hedge funds manager, where she acted as Group Company Secretary.
Since 2009 Susan has run her own consultancy business providing company secretarial, governance and independent directorship services to a broad range of clients across various jurisdictions.
Susan holds an LLB (Hons) degree in Scots Law from the University of Strathclyde and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a Chartered Governance Professional. She is a member of the Institute of Directors, holding the Diploma in Company Direction, and a Member of the Guernsey Investment & Funds Association.

Iain Stokes trained and qualified as an Accountant with BDO Binder in Guernsey and subsequently spent seven years with Guernsey International Fund Managers, part of Barings, before joining Mourant International Finance Administration (MIFA) in 2003 as head of its Guernsey office.
Following a period as Head of Private Equity Funds, in 2008 he became Managing Director with responsibility for Mourant’s expanding office network covering North America, Europe and Asia and was a member of the senior team that managed the sale of MIFA to State Street (which completed in April 2010). Iain left State Street in June 2012 to pursue a career as a Consultant.
He continues to hold a number of board appointments of fund management and fund investment companies and holds a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors
