Terra Firma Capital Partners (Terra Firma) has today announced the appointment of Justin King as Vice Chairman and Head of Portfolio Businesses. Mr King was CEO of Sainsbury’s from 2004-2014.

He will be able to harness Terra Firma’s substantial operational expertise and drive forwards Terra Firma’s agenda with its existing portfolio”

In additional personnel moves by Terra Firma, General Counsel Trudy Cooke is being promoted to Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Tax Dominic Spiri is being promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Commenting on the promotions, Guy Hands said, “We have a huge amount of talent coming up through the ranks in Terra Firma. With these promotions and Justin’s appointment, we are continuing to strengthen our senior management team.”
