Tim Pryce
Chief Executive Officer
Tim is a founder member of Terra Firma and its Chief Executive Officer. He chairs the board of TFCP and its Investment Review and Remuneration Committees.
Tim started his career at Terra Firma as its General Counsel. In this role he built and led the legal, structuring, tax and compliance teams. He was also a member of its Investment Advisory Committee and increasingly played a role in the day to day management of the firm.
Tim started his career practising law at Slaughter and May after which he worked for GE Capital, Transamerica and the Principal Finance Group of Nomura International.
Tim is a solicitor and has an LLB (English law) and an Associateship from King's College, London and a Maitrise (French law) from the Sorbonne, Paris. Tim and his partner enjoy travel, skiing and the arts.
