Tim Pryce
Chief Executive Officer
Tim is a founder member of Terra Firma and its Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to this, Tim was a member of Terra Firma's Investment Advisory Committee and the firm's General Counsel. In this role he built and led the legal, structuring, tax and compliance teams.
Tim started his career practising law at Slaughter and May in London and Paris. In 1996 he joined GE Capital (AFS Europe) after which he moved to Transamerica (TDF Europe) before joining Nomura International in 2000 heading the team that provided legal support to the Principal Finance Group.
Tim is a solicitor and has an LLB (English law) and an Associateship from King’s College, London and a Maitrise (French law) from the Sorbonne, Paris.
Tim's interests include travel, skiing, theatre and scuba diving.
