Remuneration Committee
Terra Firma’s Remuneration Committee is responsible for all compensation and benefits issues, including Terra Firma's broad policies and principles as well as the individual remuneration packages for all Terra Firma employees. Its members are Guy Hands, Peter Cornell, Cormac O’Haire, Tim Pryce and Mel Willsmore (Head of Human Resources).
