Mark Zubko

Mark joined Terra Firma in 2005 after completing an MBA at Stanford. Prior to that he had worked at Goldman Sachs and MidOcean Capital Partners.
He has since worked in a variety of deal team roles with different Financial Managing Directors and Operational Managing Directors. Immediately after joining, he was involved in analytical work and focused on the details of each component of the deal process (financial modelling, strategy presentations and accounting/tax/regulatory due diligence). Over time, Mark has taken on a wider variety of responsibilities including project management and the negotiation of financing documents and purchase agreements.
Currently seconded into EMI, his work is now operationally-focused, with responsibility for the assessment of internal capital expenditure and also ensuring that commercial agreements are appropriately documented.
