The IAC is made up of five senior professionals in the group who have, on average, 21 years of business experience. Each member has the specialist skills to support the deal teams and bring objective discipline and consistency to the review of each of Terra Firma's investment opportunities. The IAC’s role includes maintaining pricing discipline, ensuring that all transactions adhere to Terra Firma's strategy and assessing the risk and return profile. It also shares best practice and innovative approaches across all Terra Firma transactions, giving us a unique competitive advantage.
We believe that this consistent approach to deal-making, and the resulting build-up of knowledge, enhances Terra Firma's ability to extract additional value in transactions and generates higher returns with less risk.
