Dagmar joined Terra Firma from Freshfields as a transactional lawyer.
Her role at Terra Firma allows her to get involved in all aspects of a deal, including due diligence, negotiation of financing documents and various exit techniques, from private sales through to IPOs.
Dagmar was part of the team that worked on the acquisition of the Spanish cinemas for the Odeon/UCI group. However, for Dagmar, Deutsche Annington in particular has been the most satisfying business to work on as it has involved everything from the acquisition and financing of an add-on asset, Viterra, co-investment by Citigroup and subsequent restructuring of the Group, refinancing through securitisation and the transfer of the asset to a new fund, TFDA.
