What appealed to Anne about Terra Firma was the chance to be part of a young company that was still growing and developing. Being part of a relatively small but busy team allows her to get involved in areas outside her usual role. “I enjoy being challenged by the constant changing environment in which I work”, says Anne.
Anne’s responsibilities range from offshore accounting to developing ways to communicate more efficiently with investors to working with the deal teams when completing a deal. She particularly enjoys liaising with current and potential investors to try to understand what drives them and how Terra Firma can work best with them.
Anne is from Manchester and studied Mathematics and Philosophy. She then worked in industry before joining Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, where she spent 5 years supporting the senior management team in Research and Equity Sales.
