Our belief in the future success of those businesses is so great that we have invested our own personal savings, as well as our careers and reputations, in them. As one of the largest investors in our funds, we will prosper along with our investors by developing and growing successful businesses.
This alignment of interest is fundamental to the way Terra Firma does business. The same alignment of interest is also in place at the portfolio company level, where Terra Firma puts in place compensation structures so that management teams of these companies are appropriately incentivised to deliver the best results for our investors.
Terra Firma has agreed policies with its clients to ensure that any conflicts of interest are minimised and that the funds are run in the best interests of the investors.
